Return & Exchange Policy
- The return or exchange can be done within 7 days after your order is delivered.
- In case the customer received defective/wrong product(s), the reverse pickup will be generated by us and the shipping charges will be covered by us only (To exchange/return/refund). Please ensure the product(s) must be in unused condition with all tags and packaging:
- Product unboxing video is mandatory to claim
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
- If there is any size issue/wrong product(s) placed by the customer, then he/she has to bear the shipping cost. (To exchange/return/refund). Please ensure the product(s) must be in unused condition with all tags and packaging:
